1. Who we are

Narzim provides clinic management software with built-in AI tools. For patient information, the clinic is the data controller and Narzim processes data on its behalf.

2. What we collect

Account details for clinic staff, such as name, email, role and login activity.

Patient information entered by the clinic, including demographics, visits, notes, lab results and payments.

With patient consent, consultation audio used by Narzim Scribe to draft notes.

3. How we use it

To run the service your clinic signed up for: scheduling, records, billing, messaging and AI assistance.

To keep the service secure, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations.

4. AI and your data

AI outputs are drafts until a clinician approves them. Consultation audio is kept only for the period your clinic sets. Narzim GPT does not have access to patient records.

5. Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run Narzim, under contracts that protect it, or when the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

6. Retention and deletion

Clinics decide how long records are kept, within legal requirements. Clinics can export their data at any time.

7. Your rights

Patients can ask their clinic to access, correct or delete their information. Staff can contact us directly about their account data.
