SOC 2 Type II Statement

Remedy Sys LLC (operating as “Narzim”) maintains a SOC 2 Type II attestation, demonstrating that our controls for security, availability, and confidentiality are suitably designed and operating effectively over time. This statement summarizes the scope of our examination and how we maintain compliance.

1. Our commitment

Protecting customer and patient data is central to how we operate. Our security program is built on the AICPA Trust Services Criteria and is independently examined to validate that our controls work as intended — not just on paper, but in day-to-day operation.

2. Scope of the examination

Our SOC 2 Type II examination covers the Narzim platform and the supporting infrastructure, systems, and processes used to deliver it. The Type II report evaluates the operating effectiveness of our controls across a defined review period, performed by an independent third-party auditor.

3. Trust Services Criteria

• Security — protection against unauthorized access, use, or modification
• Availability — systems are available for operation and use as committed
• Confidentiality — information designated as confidential is protected
• Processing integrity — processing is complete, valid, accurate, and timely
• Privacy — personal information is handled in line with our commitments

4. How we maintain compliance

• Documented policies reviewed and approved on a regular cadence
• Continuous control monitoring and internal control testing
• Change management, vulnerability management, and incident response
• Vendor and sub-processor risk assessment and oversight
• Annual workforce security and privacy training

5. Requesting the report
